Refund policy

All parts sold by Torque Asylum are 3D printed to order or made in small batches. Because of this, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis rather than offering a blanket return policy.

 

If your part arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or doesn't fit as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement, repair, or refund.

 

Custom design work, bespoke badges, and made-to-your-spec parts are non-refundable once production has started, as these are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
